I have not done yoga for more than a year now. I do not know why I cannot do the poses I used to do. Many things have changed in my body. I have grown bulkier. I have become older. I have become more lazy in doing yoga.
Last night, I felt like I dislocated my shoulders. If I had a hymen, I would have ruptured it as well. If I were calcium-deficient, I would have pulverized my sockets.
I wonder if muscle building and yoga mix. Can anyone answer me?
