After all the stress of looking for a job in Adelaide, I went to Warrawong wildlife sanctuary with Steven. It was almost an hour drive from the city but it was very nice to share it with this man. We saw a few kangaroos sleeping under dry trees. There were some ducks and geckos enjoying the sun. A couple of emus approached me because they thought I was going to give them some food.
It is disappointing that we did not see a platypus or a koala but it was fun spending the day with a man I am in love with.
